Lindsey Herr is an experienced attorney and dedicated advocate for Mississippi families. With more than a decade of legal practice in family law, civil litigation, Youth Court matters, and estate planning, she has helped clients navigate some of life’s most important and often difficult moments. A graduate of the University of Mary Washington and Mississippi College School of Law, Lindsey has served as a Youth Court Public Defender, guardian ad litem, and now as the Madison County Youth Court Prosecutor. She also teaches at Mississippi College School of Law, mentoring future attorneys and preparing them for real courtroom experience.
Lindsey’s experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of the courtroom from every angle, including defense, prosecution, and advocacy for children. She brings a steady, thoughtful approach to the law and a deep respect for the responsibility that comes with serving the public. Her background in litigation, combined with her work in Youth Court, has prepared her to step into this role with confidence on day one. Lindsey understands both the legal system and the people it serves, and she is committed to delivering fair, balanced decisions for the families of Madison County.
